Lets take a look, here is a map of the world flattened out with Japan in the middle:

Yes I know you already know where Japan is but my little cousin or whatever who looks at it might not. Lets zoom in on Japan (note I have marked the NII):

Ok lets zoom right in on Chiyoda-Ku the municipality that the NII is in. Tokyo has 23 municipalities or “wards”, collectively called the 23 special wards:

That thing in the middle is the Imperial palace and gardens. You can see that the NII is just to the northeast.

Google Earth has a 3D building mode so we can see the NII in 3D:

OK so that’s where I will be working, where I will be staying is pretty nearby. I think I have pinpointed the building but I want to be sure so I’ve emailed Sakura-House to ask for more specific address details. Then I will post about where I am staying in relation to the NII.
